Please be aware that if you have not arrived at the hotel by 6.00pm on the day of arrival to the hotel, we will try to call you so please ensure your telephone number is correct (please note this is the only form of communication we will try to contact you on and not by email or any other method.
Should you not have supplied your number we will automatically move on to the following process – If we cannot reach you by phone we will charge your card that you have used to make your booking to ensure that you booking is guaranteed, so please ensure that this is the card that you are going to be using on the day to pay your bill as no other card will be accepted and also that the card is valid until the end of your stay.
If your card should decline we will automatically cancel your booking without any further communication from us.
On making this booking you confirm that you are in agreement with all the above terms and that the hotel will not be liable in any way in cancelling your booking.
Please be aware that our Hotel check-in time is from 4.00pm, but we cannot always guarantee your rooms will be ready and there may be up to an hour delay on this time and all guests must be checked out by 11.00am.
