Thank you for choosing to stay with us.

Book now, play later rates: This rate allows you to cancel your booking up until 4pm the day prior to arrival free of charge. The hotel will charge your card for the first night’s stay at around 2pm the day prior to arrival to ensure that the card used to secure your booking is valid. Should your card decline, we will call or email you for a different payment method. Please note that your room will be held until 4pm the day prior to arrival and cancelled if no payment is secured by this time.

The card used to guarantee your booking will need to be presented at check in upon arrival. Accepted forms of payment at the hotel – Cash, Visa, Mastercard & American Express.

In light of substantial financial losses amounting to thousands of pounds resulting from fraudulent transactions, the hotel now requires all guests to pre-authorise a £50 charge at check-in. This authorisation must be completed using the original payment card used for booking, via Chip and Pin, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Once check-out is completed and the room is inspected, the pre-authorised amount will be released. If the original payment card is not presented at check-in, a refund will be issued to the original card, and payment will need to be made in person using Chip and Pin, Apple Pay, or Google Pay followed by a £50 pre-authorisation.

On making this booking you confirm that you are in agreement with all the above terms and that the hotel will not be liable in any way in cancelling your booking.

Whilst we welcome children to the hotel, we are unable to provide cots.

Please note that the hotel is unable to provide any dedicated bicycle storage facilities for guests. For the safety, security and comfort of all guests, bicycles are strictly prohibited from being brought into or stored within guest bedrooms or any other internal areas of the hotel. Guests wishing to bring bicycles with them are responsible for making their own suitable arrangements for secure storage off-site.

Our Hotel check-in time is from 4.00pm, but we cannot always guarantee your rooms will be ready and there may be up to an hour delay on this time and all guests must be checked out by 11.00am.

Please note that your room may be affected by function noise due to events taking place throughout the hotel. The majority of our events will end at midnight and we thank you in advance for your understanding.
