Moët Bar Unavailability in 2026

The Beer Garden is Back

Windsor Lounge Refurbishment

To help us maintain the high standards you expect, the Windsor Lounge will be temporarily out of service whilst refurbishment works are carried out.

During this period, all Afternoon Tea bookings will be hosted in our beautiful Garden Room or in our AA-Rosette Winning Coast Resataurant. You can still expect the same elegant experience, with freshly prepared sandwiches, warm scones and sweet treats, all served in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

Our team will be on hand to ensure your visit is just as enjoyable, and we thank you for your understanding while we make these improvements.

Please make the Duty Manager aware of any issues you may experience during your stay at the time the situation occurs, to allow us to investigate and rectify the matter promptly.

Any complaints received after you have left the hotel may be received as feedback and the hotel reserves the right to not respond. Any issue raised more than 48 hours after your stay / visit will be filed for reference purposes only.
