Coast Restaurant

Our AA Rosette-winning Coast Restaurant offers relaxed, elegant dining with a focus on modern British cuisine and seasonal ingredients.

Coast Restaurant gained its first AA Rosette in July 2016 and has maintained this standard ever since. We are proud to work with local suppliers, with all of our main suppliers located within 30 miles of the hotel.

Our fish is supplied by Chapman’s, while fruit and vegetables come from Q Catering & Foodari. We also work with local butchers Bodiam and Salvatori, whose meats are sourced from Kent.

Our chefs keep dishes thoughtfully simple, allowing the quality and flavour of the ingredients to shine through. If you have any dietary requirements or food allergies, please speak to our team when booking or ordering, and we will be happy to assist.
