We are proud to work with trusted local suppliers, all located within 30 miles of the Hythe Imperial Hotel. Our fresh fish is supplied by Chapman’s, while our fruit and vegetables are sourced from local suppliers Q Catering and Foodari, both of whom provide exceptional seasonal produce with strong local provenance whenever possible.
We also work closely with two local butchers, Bodiam and Salvatori, who guarantee that all meats supplied to Coast Restaurant are sourced from Kent.
Our menus are carefully designed to allow the quality of these ingredients to speak for themselves. Rather than overcomplicating dishes, our chefs focus on creating modern British cuisine that is elegant, flavourful, and centred around fresh seasonal produce.
