Fine Dining in Hythe

Coast at the Hythe Imperial offers fine dining in an elegant and relaxed setting. It gained it’s first AA Rosette in July 2016 and has maintained the standard.

Locally Sourced Kent Food

Guests can enjoy modern British cuisine, using locally sourced ingredients that reflect the seasons. Our fresh fish is landed daily, meat from T&L Coopers in Ashford, our eggs are sourced from a local greengrocer who also supplies us with the freshest of local vegetables. Our dishes are never over-elaborate to ensure the quality of the ingredients to shine through to provide the very best taste sensation for our guests.

Please note that during the festive period (1st to 31st of December), our restaurant menu may be served in a different dining room within the hotel.

We can only accommodate groups of 18 or less in our restaurant, please speak to our Sales Team on 01303 267441 for parties over 18. 

Coast Restaurant Opening Times

Monday to Saturday 6:00 pm to 9:15 pm

Sunday lunch time 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm

Sunday dinner time 6:30 pm to 9:15 pm

Sunday’s lunch time are subject to change due to any special events.

Hythe Imperial Hotel makes every attempt to identify menu items which may contain ingredients that could cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies.

There is also a possibility that manufacturers of the commercial foods we use could change the formulation at any time without notice. Customers concerned with allergies should be aware of this risk.
