Our bikes, treadmills and cross trainers feature interactive screens with a wide choice of training programmes. You can connect to apps to watch YouTube or TV, sign into Netflix or Facebook, or immerse yourself in virtual outdoor routes to run or cycle through inspiring landscapes.

Whether you are focused on strength, cardio or overall wellbeing, our gym is fully equipped to support all fitness levels.

We offer a varied timetable of fitness classes designed to suit all abilities and goals. From gentle yoga sessions focused on strength, balance and flexibility to energising workouts that help you unwind and reset, there is a class to match every routine.
