Our spacious air-conditioned gym boasts up to date fitness equipment, each with a personal TV and iPod station, as well as free weight equipment.

Please note that from the 1st of March 2025, the Spa & Leisure Department will no longer be accepting cash and all payments will need to be settled by debit or credit card. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

We are thrilled to announce the installation of  our new state of the art Technogym fitness equipment!

All our bikes, treadmills and X trainers are fitted with screens, that you can pick from a range of program options, and come with apps so you can watch you tube, tv, or sign in to Netflix and even Facebook, there is also the option to select a virtual outdoor scene to cycle or run along with.

We have a variety of fitness classes to suit all fitness level and needs. Whether you are looking to strengthen and tone with yoga or burn the day’s stress away, we have just the routine.

All our hotel guests benefit from free access to the Spa and Leisure facilities.

If you wish to use the hotel’s Spa and Leisure facilities and are not a member or hotel guest, you can purchase a leisure day pass from the Leisure Desk.

After a workout in our gym or a class, why not join us in the hotel’s Martello Bar for a relaxing snack, meal or drink. Tea and coffee is served all day.
