Start the day with our breakfast buffet which is served in our Coast Restaurant, offering a selection of local produce and fresh pastries. We also offer an à la carte menu for breakfast, with items costing an extra £3 on top of the buffet price.

Coast Restaurant
Our Coast Restaurant offers fine dining in an elegant and relaxed setting. It gained it’s first AA Rosette in July 2016 and has maintained the standard ever since. Guests can enjoy modern British cuisine, using locally sourced ingredients that reflect the seasons.

All our suppliers are within 30 miles of the hotel. The fish comes from Chapman’s, our fruit and veg comes from Q Catering and Foodari, which are both local. They can almost guarantee provenance to the area for vegetables and fruit when they are in season. Also, weuse two different butchers, which again, are both from the local area. Bodiam and Salvatori have given us a guarantee that all of their meats are sourced from Kent.

Our dishes are never over-elaborate to ensure the quality of the ingredients to shine through to provide the very best taste sensation for our guests.

A relaxing contemporary bar, selling everything from draught beer to wines and cocktails. Light meals and snacks as well as traditional favourites are also available. Last food orders for the bar are 10:00pm.

Moët & Chandon Champagne Bar
The Hythe Imperial is extremely proud to be the home of the only Moët & Chandon bar in Kent, with the only other one in the UK residing in Harrods in London. Champagne lovers are invited to recline in this ice paradise of a bar, and enjoy with breathtaking views of the seafront with a glass of “the champagne of success and glamour since 1743”.

This bar really is a treat and an absolute favourite with guests with a taste for the finer things in life.

Please Note: NO under 18 are allowed in the Moët & Chandon Bar and we operate on a first come, first served basis and are not taking table reservations.

Health Club and Spa

Whatever your lifestyle, the Health Club and Spa has everything you need, whether it is relaxing by the pool or achieving those fitness goals even whilst you’re away. All hotel guests have complimentary access to the Spa and Leisure facilities.

Hythe golf course is a true links set in an enviable forty acre site bordered by the historic Royal Military Canal and the English Channel offering spectacular views along the coast and across to France. Our well tended, eco-friendly, Links golf course offers year round play.
