Hythe offers many beautiful and, in some cases, challenging walks, either along our three main promenades, which are approximately four and a half miles in length and give a nice view of Hythe Bay where one can watch the windsurfers and kite surfers whilst enjoying ice creams and refreshments at your leisure or, perhaps, a walk along the Hythe Military Canal with its beautiful scenery and natural wildlife, meandering through the Romney Marsh for some 28 miles ending in Winchelsea.
