Coast offers a memorable culinary experience in a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. Think crisp white tablecloths, attentive service, and fresh, flavour-packed dishes that celebrate the best of Kent produce.

Seafood is sourced locally, our meat comes from the Butcher of Brogadale and Aldington Fine Foods, and our eggs are sourced from a local greengrocer who also supplies us with fresh, local vegetables. This keeps the ‘food miles’ down as much as possible.

In fact, Sunday lunch at the hotel has become something of a local institution.
So while we might be a little biased, we believe if you’re looking for the best Sunday lunch in Hythe, this is where you’ll find it!
Our Kent Sunday roast menu offers a classic yet contemporary take on the traditional British roast we all know and love. Expect seasonal starters to begin – such as warm ham hock and pea salad, or honey-roasted pears with walnut brittle.
Then it’s onto the star of the show – the mains. You can choose from expertly-cooked options like roast ribeye of beef with Yorkshire pudding and a rich gravy, or roast loin of pork served with crunchy crackling and a savoury baked apple.
There are also carefully-crafted vegetarian and fish dishes available, and other special diets can also be accommodated if you let us know in advance.
To finish, desserts are suitably indulgent – think apple and rhubarb cobbler or raspberry and white chocolate torte, or choose from our selection of ice creams and sorbets – perfect for summer.
Sunday lunch in Hythe at the Coast restaurant is priced at £28.50 for two courses or £36 for three courses (and children can dine from just £11). This is fantastic value for the quality on offer.
