Choose your perfect meeting rooms in Kent

We have six different function rooms for hire, available for parties and business events.

The Seabrook Room: Bathed in natural light with garden views, this elegant space is ideal for corporate meetings, away days or any other business event. It’s ideal for up to 10 guests.

The Imperial Ballroom: Grand and opulent, this magnificent ballroom is perfect for large-scale events like weddings, gala dinners and conferences. With a capacity of 250 guests, it features a stage, a dance floor, high ceilings and a terrace balcony overlooking the sea, an unforgettable setting.

The Wakefield Room: This charming function room offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, ideal for smaller intimate meetings or events accommodating up to 25 attendees.

The Garden Room: This sunny room overlooks our beautiful gardens. It’s perfect for intimate weddings in front of the large picture windows, or other family parties, receptions or even afternoon tea parties. We recommend up to 50 guests here.

The Elizabeth Room: This elegant and versatile room is perfect for a variety of events, from meetings and conferences to private dinners and cocktail receptions up to 70 guests.

The Moët & Chandon Bar: Add a touch of glamour to your event with our stylish Moët & Chandon Bar – the only one on the south east. This space is perfect for family celebrations, a micro-wedding ceremony, drinks reception or a glitzy birthday party. It holds up to 40 people for a sit-down affair, and up to 60 for a stand-up do, always enjoying its sophisticated atmosphere and a curated selection of champagne and cocktails.

Beyond the rooms…

We are also on hand to help you elevate your event – beyond the standard room hire.

We can cater for your event, using the chefs from our award-winning Coast restaurant. We offer a tempting array of hot and cold food options including platters of sandwiches, pastries, cakes and snacks.

Party catering is available for all events, day and night. Guests can also use the hotel bars and lounge for a seamless night out, or stay overnight with us.

We can also help with a disco and dancefloor for party celebrations, or any other event that calls for music and a good time!
