I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and been to many Christmas parties here and it is a great hotel! The staff are amazing, polite, helpful, cheerful. The food has always been great, I particularly like the eggs Benedict for breakfast. The Christmas party meal is always hot and delicious! The hotel itself is stunning and the new chandelier is beyond stunning. This hotel is a gem and deserves every success!

Beautiful hotel that is going through some renovations. Decor is lovely with wonderful chandeliers and spectacular views. The food is amazing and the staff are fantastic Our only qualms are the lifts which are tiny and not very reliable and the parking. We will definitely come again in the summer as the beach is right on your doorstep.

A Victorian hotel that has being injected with contemporary glitz & glamour…

We have as a family been staying at the Hythe Imperial for 23 years now. Both my sons aged 23 and 10 have learnt to swim in the lovely warm pool, and learnt to cycle on the on the green in front of the hotel. We have enjoyed some lovely family events and holidays at the hotel, the staff have been delightful to our large extended family and have always been kind and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay perfect. Even sourcing bikes locally for the children at short notice. We have returned 3 or sometimes 4 times a year, especially as a large group at Christmas.

The course has come on leaps and bounds since the takeover of Pentland with the greens and fairways in as good condition as any other course in the area.

Having organised conferences for several years for Southwark Schools (Headteachers and Deputy/Assistant Heads) the Hythe Imperial is one of our most favoured venues.

A deceptively challenging course which is great for improving your short game. It is a unique and picturesque course set in a great position between the sea and canal.

A very BIG ‘thank you’ for making our recent stay so good (‘good’ not doing justice). We stayed for 2 nights wef 24th Feb to celebrate my wife’s birthday. To say you went the extra mile to make our stay so welcoming (and making us feel like vips) is a massive understatement. All the staff we met (from the initial booking last November to checkout) could not have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful. There are so many things we could highlight that we would be bound to miss a few. The room upgrade, the ‘happy birthday’ plate in the room, the 2 glasses of bubbly with the evening meal, etc. etc.. Please do ensure that all concerned are told about this email. We are certainly telling everyone we meet.
