Please note that we will be having some electrical works carried out in the Spa area, which will close the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. This will be from 2pm on Monday 18th March and will all being well, reopen on the afternoon of 20th March 2024.
Our spacious air-conditioned gym boasts up to date fitness equipment, each with a personal TV and iPod station, as well as free weight equipment.
We have a variety of fitness classes to suit all fitness level and needs. Whether you are looking to strengthen and tone with yoga or burn the day’s stress away, we have just the routine.

All our hotel guests benefit from free access to the Spa and Leisure facilities.
If you wish to use the hotel’s Spa and Leisure facilities and are not a member or hotel guest, you can purchase a leisure day pass from the Leisure Desk.
After a workout in our gym or a class, why not join us in the hotel’s Martello Bar for a relaxing snack, meal or drink. Tea and coffee is served all day.
